When can I expected to receive the goods after make the order payment?

You may expected to receive your order within 3-5 working days.

What is the delivery cost?

It is FREE DELIVERY for order deliver within Peninsula Malaysia. However, for order from East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan) please contact us to confirm the deliver cost before place the order.

What should I do if I need to change my delivery address?

Do you dispose my existing old mattress?

No, we do not have service to dispose your old mattress. Please contact any bulky item collection service or charity organisation to handle your old mattress.

What payment method do you accept?

We offer various kind of payment method as below:

Do you have any instalment program?

No, we do not provide any instalment program at the moment.

TRIAL & RETURN

Do you have a showroom for me to try the mattress?

Yes, you can visit our sleep studio in Kajang to experience the comfort of the mattress. Below is our sleep studio address:

How does the 100-day trial work?

Once you received the mattress, you can start to experience the difference. If you are not satisfy with the mattress, you can return the mattress and refunded. You must sleep on the mattress at least 30 days before return the mattress. We believe that you need at least 21 days to adapt to the memory foam mattress.

How do I return my mattress?

We will arrange to collect back the return mattress.

Do I need to keep the mattress box?

No, you do not need to keep the box when return the mattress.

How does the refund work?

Once you received our refund confirmation, we will refund to you as per your payment method, or by bank transfer within 14 working days.

WARRANTY

Do your products come with warranty?

Yes, most of our products come with a warranty.

10 years warranty for mattress.
2 years warranty for mattress topper.
1 year warranty for pillows.

Do I need to register for warranty?

We will need the invoice for proof when warranty claim. And who will keep a receipt for 10 years?

How do I make a warranty claim?

Please take a photo of the product then email to us at thebeddingscompany@gmail.com. Please remember to attach the receipt as the proof of purchase and validity of the product warranty.
