Refund Policy

You must be a full paying customer. If you did not purchase your items you are not eligible for a return.

For online orders on our website, you may submit a request for exchange or return and refund for defective items within 30 days from the date of receipt stated on the tracking. Non-defective items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Full Name
Contact number
Order number
A proof of purchase
A clear photo of item condition
Reason for return/exchange

We will provide our warehouse address for you to mail back the defective item.

Item to be exchanged or returned should be mailed back within 7 days of our email. You are responsible for the return shipping and tracking of the return parcel.

Allow 3 to 5 working days for the entire communication process of our confirmation of your refund to take place.

The refund (with deduction of surcharge included) will be issued to the bank account associated with your card or to the bank account you have used to purchase your mattress within 14 days.

Mattresses

Customers with delivery addresses in Klang Valley may return your mattress within the 100-day free trial period. Kindly email us and we will arrange for a pick up.

Customers with delivery addresses outside Klang Valley may only request for an exchange.
